Our regular Jazz/Tap classes are one hour or 45 minute classes. Basic Jazz technique, terminology and movement taught with emphasis on proper execution of jazz isolations. Basic leaps, turns and combinations taught. Tap classes emphasize the development and strengthening of basic tap techniques, terminology highlighting the importance of rhythm and sound. These classes will perform in the recital.
Our Competition lines attend three to four competitions a year. All competition students are required to attend a weekly technique class (this class will not have a performance in the recital). The technique classes focus on fundamental steps that correlate with the steps they are learning in their competition classes. Competition students are also required to take one ballet class each week. We will also be holding intensives throughout the year. Competition students will be required to attend a minimum of two. Please note: Competition students are required to be in attendance for the five classes prior to a competition. If one of these classes is missed, the student will not be allowed to attend competition. (Exceptions will be made for emergencies only on a case-by-case basis.)
All students 6 and up are eligible to enroll in a ballet class. These classes will perform in the recital. All ballet classes are required to wear black leotard, pink or white tights, with hair back in pony or bun. All competition dancers are REQUIRED to take ballet.
An extension of ballet which covers all aspects of pointe work. Students are examined to assure that they are in proper physical shape to be able to work on pointe. Students must be enrolled in a ballet class.
Lyrical uses motion to interpret music and express emotion. All students 8 and up are eligible to enroll in a lyrical class, but must also enroll in a ballet class. These classes will perform in the recital. All lyrical classes are required to wear black leotard, pink or white tights, with hair back in pony or bun.
A style of theatrical dance that rejects the limitations of classical ballet and favors movement deriving from the expression of inner feeling.
A high-energy class that brings the latest in funk, hip-hop and street movement. Versatility, flexibility, strength and style challenges each participant to perform. Ages 8 and up. These classes will perform in the recital.

We offer classes with and without performance opportunities.
Fathers come together with their daughters in a loving and caring environment. This is a memorable experience that creates an everlasting bond between child and parent. They work together as a team and progress to learning a dance routine to be performed at the recital, competitions, community events and parades. We have both competitive and non-competitive (recital only) classes. You must be enrolled as a dance student at Premiere to qualify for placement in a Father/Daughter class.
Hot Kix is a competitive Kickline. Auditions are held in the summer for positions in our Senior and Junior competitive teams.
Fun and callenging workout that will develop strength, flexibility, endurance and inner awareness. Current Yoga classes are held Mon/Wed and Friday from 5:45a.m.-6:45a.m.
Competition students are required to attend one class per week. Class emphasis is on intensive technique skill building including: stretching, flexibility, leaps, turns, combination breakdowns, and jumps.
Classes teach basic elements of dance in rhythm, movement quality, space, body awareness and shape. The child's image and self-esteem are encouraged and strengthened through dance.
