who you are. Our yoga classes may be the answer to
helping you achieve those lifestyle changes that you’re ready to make. Studies
show that individuals who exercise in the morning are more likely to stick with
a program than those who wait until later in the day to work out. Our
fitness-based yoga class will improve your balance, strength and flexibility
while sharpening your mind. You’ll start your day feeling rejuvenated, calm and
peaceful after participating in this class. Our one-hour classes are held
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:45a.m. Come join
other dedicated yoga enthusiasts in classes taught by our certified yoga
instructor, Theresa Spicer. You’re welcome to attend once per week or once per
month, it’s up to you! There is NO registration fee, no up front costs and no
obligation. Cost is $5 per session and you may pay as you go. Please bring a
tapas mat or beach towel to class. Let us help you
