The letter below has general information regarding Pictures, Dress Rehearsal, Recital and Tickets and More!
Picture Schedule
Pictures take place May 7th through May 10th. Regular classes will NOT be held Monday through Thursday. Classes WILL be held Friday 5/10, Saturday 5/11, and Sunday 5/12. Check the schedule carefully, as your picture day/time are not necessarily scheduled at your regular class day and time.
Dress Rehearsal Schedule: Wednesday May 22nd
Dress Rehearsal is your only opportunity to videotape and take pictures of your dancer. Videography and photography are not allowed at the recital. Dancers must arrive ready to perform with costume and make-up on and hair styled 15 minutes prior to their scheduled start time. We have limited changing areas on rehearsal night so come ready! We will be taking pictures so please come fully prepared. Please remain seated in the auditorium until called upon. Important: there are other functions happening at the High School in the cafeteria on these days and because of this, we are asking that you do not venture beyond the auditorium boundaries and respect the meeting, gathering, banquet etc. that is being held. Please note: Rehearsals are scheduled to allow the dancers to check out the stage and get comfortable with their surroundings. It also is a time for us to set our lighting and sound. It can be chaotic at times and we ask that you be patient as we fine-tune everything. If you have a quick change (3 songs) between numbers, bring your costume to our quick change room backstage.
